Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal Before the Second Class

A student who withdraws before the second scheduled class is eligible for a full tuition refund, less the nonrefundable registration fee.

Refund Timing and Method

Refunds are issued within 30 days after we receive written withdrawal notice, returned using the original payment method where practical.

After the Second Class

After the second scheduled class, tuition is nonrefundable. Registration fees are always nonrefundable, regardless of withdrawal timing.

Exceptional Circumstances

Exceptional, unforeseen circumstances may be discussed with the coaching team. Any exception to this policy is discretionary and is not guaranteed.

Missed Individual Classes

This policy addresses withdrawal from the program. It is separate from our attendance policy: no makeup classes, partial credits, or refunds are offered for individual missed classes. See our Program page for details.

Nonpayment

Students must remain current on required payments to continue attending classes. If a required payment is not received, the student may be unenrolled from future classes.

How to Request a Withdrawal

To request a withdrawal, contact us at washingtondebateacademy@gmail.com or (973) 979-4698. Please include the student's name and the effective date of withdrawal.
