Refund and Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal & Refunds

Students who withdraw before the second scheduled class are eligible for a full tuition refund, less the nonrefundable registration fee. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving written notice and returned to the original payment method where practical.

How to Request a Withdrawal

To request a withdrawal, please email washingtondebateacademy@gmail.com with the student's name and effective withdrawal date. Students must remain current on tuition payments to continue attending; unpaid balances may result in unenrollment from future classes.
